This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Latin America.
• Develop and nurture B2B customer relationships
• Facilitate the growth of online B2B sales and customer acquisition
• Identify new business opportunities and generate sales leads
• Aid in the customer onboarding process
• Collaborate with internal teams such as sales, logistics, accounting, and marketing
• Assist customers with inquiries related to orders, pricing, and invoices
• Track inventory and sales activities to ensure operational efficiency
• Contribute to the maintenance of strong, long-term customer relationships
• Proven experience in B2B sales, inside sales, account management, or business development
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
• Proficient in outbound prospecting and lead generation
• Familiarity with KPIs or sales targets
• Organized and detail-oriented approach
• Capability to work collaboratively across multiple teams
• Proficient in professional English communication
• Experience with wholesale, retail, distribution, e-commerce, or reseller accounts is advantageous
• Prior experience supporting US-based customers or teams is beneficial
• Knowledge of CRM systems, e-commerce platforms, or inventory/order management tools is a plus
• Experience in food & beverage, consumer goods, distribution, or wholesale sectors is a plus
