Food Service Manager – On Premise

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of revenue generation, distribution growth, and velocity enhancement within FSOP channels.

• Direct national and regional account strategies, planning, and execution for Compass, Sodexo, Aramark, USG, and significant regional operators.

• Collaborate closely with KDP and distributor field teams to ensure alignment of priorities, incentives, and execution.

• Promote SKU expansion, cooler placements, and product availability across vending and micro-market platforms.

• Design and implement dealer loaders, pallet programs, promotions, and blitz activations.

• Convert Nutrabolt brand strategies into compelling selling narratives relevant to operators.

• Develop scalable FSOP playbooks, wiring models, and best practices across different regions.

• Monitor and report performance metrics using distribution, velocity, and ROI indicators.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in Beverage, CPG, or Foodservice sales, with a proven track record in On-Premise or Foodservice channels.

• Extensive knowledge of national and regional Foodservice operators (Compass, Sodexo, Aramark, USG) and/or Vending/Micromarket networks.

• Demonstrated capability to drive distribution growth, negotiate customer programs, and manage intricate RTM networks.

• Strong analytical skills with a background in pricing, funding, and value chain management.

• Outstanding communication, relationship-building, and cross-functional leadership skills.

• Willingness to travel as required to support customer meetings, field execution, and industry events.
