Food Safety – Brand Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona.

📋 Description

• Perform assessments to evaluate adherence to established regulatory, industry, and proprietary brand standards for clients.

• Monitor food preparation and cooking practices to guarantee food safety, health, and sanitation standards.

• Collaborate with clients to identify root causes of assessment discrepancies and create corrective action plans.

• Educate and mentor clients on fostering a safer and healthier workplace environment.

• Travel 50%-70%, or approximately 8-10 days each month, including some evening and weekend commitments.

• Execute audits and inspections.

• Implement and oversee food safety training and educate staff.

• Investigate food safety incidents.

• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations.

• Maintain accurate documentation and records.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must meet the criteria to obtain a CP-FS certification.

• Available to work Monday through Friday, with potential Saturday and evening shifts as necessary.

• Required to hold a valid driver’s license from your state of residence.

• Licenses/certificates as mandated by federal, state, and/or local regulations (covered by us).

• Strong knowledge of food safety is preferred.

• ServSafe and/or CP-FS Certification(s) are advantageous.

• Excellent listening, organizational, communication, and time management skills are essential.
