FOLX Clinician, MD/DO

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +6 more states.

📋 Description

• Deliver evidence-based clinical care to patients (members).

• Provide trans/nonbinary gender-affirming hormone therapy, along with sexual and reproductive health, primary care, and mental health services.

• Conduct clinical appointments via audio/visual methods as well as asynchronously.

• Engage in case study discussions and clinical training sessions.

⛳️ Requirements

• MD/DO degree is required.

• Successful completion of an ACGME-accredited residency program.

• Possession of multiple active state MD or DO licenses (IMLCC license is preferred).

• Valid DEA license is necessary.

• Active Controlled Substance Registration/Licensure as mandated in your state(s) of practice.

• Clinical experience working with the LGBTQAI+ community.

• Strong organizational and time management skills to ensure timely chart completion and member care in a remote setting.

• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

• Capacity to learn new applications and programs while demonstrating proficiency with virtual meeting platforms.
