FOIA Project Manager, Department of Commerce Experience

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in District of Columbia, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Oversee FOIA requests for the Department of Commerce.

• Employ eFOIA and FOIA Xpress software effectively.

• Work in conjunction with US Air Force processes pertaining to FOIA requests.

• Ensure adherence to the Freedom of Information Act and the Privacy Act of 1974.

⛳️ Requirements

• A BA/BS degree along with a minimum of 3 years of relevant professional experience in processing Freedom of Information requests, preferably at the command level.

• A Secret clearance is mandatory.
