FM Transformation Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama.

📋 Description

• The FM Transformation Analyst will be a key member of Guidehouse’s Financial Management (FM) practice, providing support to clients within the Department of War.

• You will engage in initiatives aimed at transforming essential financial management functions and operations.

• Our finance transformation consultants assist clients across the Department of War in optimizing all aspects of their technical data frameworks and automations by refining business processes and boosting the efficiency of technical data operations.

• This position emphasizes driving excellence in finance and accounting by utilizing technology solutions to yield actionable insights, improve operational efficiency, ensure auditability, and modernize financial processes in accordance with federal standards.

⛳️ Requirements

• Candidates must be able to OBTAIN and MAINTAIN a Federal or DoD "SECRET" security clearance; approved adjudication of clearance must be completed prior to joining Guidehouse.

• Preference will be given to candidates with an ACTIVE "SECRET" or higher-level clearance.

• A Bachelor's degree is required.

• A minimum of ONE (1) year of experience in Accounting, Finance, Information Technology, Logistics, or Business Management is necessary.
