Flutter Developer, Mid-Level

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Create new features while ensuring the maintenance of existing ones, focusing on code quality and readability;

• Engage in conversations regarding the architecture and development strategies of the applications;

• Participate in Code Review sessions;

• Suggest UX and performance enhancements aimed at minimizing support needs and boosting user satisfaction.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in developing applications using Flutter;

• Understanding of Design Systems;

• Proficient in unit testing and widget testing;

• Familiarity with various state management techniques;

• Knowledge of architectural patterns, particularly Clean Architecture;

• Awareness of design and development patterns (e.g., Facades, Decorators, etc.);

• Experience with backend integrations utilizing an HTTP request provider such as Dio;

• Understanding of microservices/Micro Apps architecture;

• Familiarity with Test-Driven Development (TDD) and Behavior-Driven Development (BDD) is a plus;

• Knowledge of feature control through Remote Config (Firebase) or feature toggles;

• Familiarity with Firebase Dynamic Links is optional;

• Experience with crash analysis tools like Firebase Crashlytics is optional;

• Competence in analytics and implementation via Firebase Analytics tagging;

• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Jenkins;

• Knowledge of code quality tools like Sonar is optional;

• Experience with project/task management tools, preferably Jira;

• Proficient with version control systems such as GitHub or Bitbucket;

• Familiarity with agile methodologies and projects, such as Scrum;

• Strong communication skills to interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders;

• Demonstrated critical and analytical thinking skills;

• Effective time management abilities;
