This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.
• Responsible for overseeing designated healthcare organizations and regularly updating customer dashboards.
• Collaborate effectively with clients to conduct workflow analysis, facilitate adoption, and implement advanced optimizations for assigned Solventum product lines.
• Act as a subject matter expert (SME) for the relevant team and assigned solutions.
• Perform a current-state workflow and configuration assessment with clients while implementing Solventum's best practice workflows.
• Work collaboratively with clients on proposed workflow optimization changes by utilizing Solventum's best practices.
• Ensure that clients are adopting the latest best practice features.
• Proactively increase the number of physicians using the tools.
• Leverage Solventum and client-identified workflows and content to promote success and achieve optimal documentation and coding results.
• Participate in feedback sessions to enhance and refine content and workflows.
• Coordinate all activities with the Client Success Executive (CSE) if one is assigned to the account.
• Understand the client's short-term and long-term strategic goals.
• Advocate for the client, document issues, and escalate as necessary, adhering to standard procedures in a timely manner.
• Build strong customer relationships and establish a reputation as a knowledgeable and responsible representative of Solventum.
• Be accountable for the client’s success or failure and satisfaction with the product/service.
• Identify clients at risk, and escalate issues to implementation, support, and development teams.
• Resolve issues in a timely manner.
• Recognize potential products at risk and promptly escalate to business leaders to facilitate resolution.
• Identify potential sales opportunities and collaborate with the sales associate assigned to the client.
• Secure references and ensure client retention.
• Take ownership of the client relationship and set agendas for all client meetings.
• Lead client meetings and ensure follow-up on all action items.
• Encourage customer participation in KLAS NPS and OSAT, aiming to achieve scores that exceed the average for healthcare software vendors.
• Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Assist in ensuring that each client is aware of and utilizing all available analytics and reporting tools to evaluate system adoption and the realized value from Solventum solutions.
• Ensure the collection of baseline data for assigned clients prior to the product/service going live.
• Keep informed about industry changes and product updates.
• Bachelor’s Degree or higher from an accredited institution AND a minimum of seven (7) years of experience as a RHIA, RHIT, CDI Specialist, Coder, RN, or in clinical specialties within a private, public, government, or military setting OR a High School Diploma/GED or higher AND at least eleven (11) years of experience in a Fluency Solution Advisor or similar role.
• Strong comprehension of the Revenue Cycle and the workflows related to an organization's Revenue Cycle in both Professional and Facility Coding contexts.
• Experience with audits is a plus.
• Experience consulting with clients regarding health information systems, Electronic Medical Record (EMR) workflows, reporting, implementation, and medical professional coding.
• Ability to devise creative solutions, handle challenging situations diplomatically, and manage multiple project streams and teams.
• Must possess strong business acumen, strategic thinking, presentation skills, training capabilities, computer skills, and a creative and innovative mindset.
