Flex League Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Identify and book tennis and/or pickleball courts to facilitate the league.

• Establish the schedule for the league.

• Conduct personal outreach through email, calls, and texts to tennis and pickleball contacts (e.g., players, friends, coaches, influencers) to attract participants for the league.

• Send promotional emails and texts to members, players, and coaches to advertise upcoming sessions.

• Feature UTR Sports PlayMore™ Leagues in your digital platforms, such as newsletters, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc.

• Organize meetings with local clubs, facilities, pro shops, and key coaches or independent organizers to promote PlayMore™ Leagues and foster referrals through these connections.

• Enhance real-world awareness and brand visibility using on-site materials like flyers, banners, net signs, and more.

• Distribute the provided UTR Sports PlayMore™ Leagues collateral, signage, and business cards at local tennis and/or pickleball venues, shops, and other locations.

⛳️ Requirements

• An active or established tennis and/or pickleball player or coach with a strong desire to expand competitive opportunities for players in their community.

• An entrepreneurial mindset, capable of taking ownership and seeing tasks through from concept to execution and evaluation.

• A dynamic, focused, charismatic, and ambitious attitude, willing to put in the effort—data-driven results matter.

• A passion for educating and selling, with a solution-oriented focus—easily undaunted.

• Proficiency in digital and social media marketing across platforms such as Twitter, Instagram, and Facebook.

• Proven ability to persuade, sell, recruit, and network within the tennis and/or pickleball community.

• Capability to document and relay client feedback to UTR Sports team members.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Excellent follow-through, extreme ownership, and high responsiveness.

• Professionalism, integrity, and honesty, along with the confidence to represent UTR Sports effectively.

• A preferred undergraduate degree or relevant professional experience of 2+ years.
