Fleet Tire Sales Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.

📋 Description

• Drive sales of both new and retreaded commercial truck tires, along with related products and services, across designated Goodyear Commercial Tire & Service Center locations.

• Aim to meet profit objectives, enhance market share, and boost sales performance.

• Re-engage 75 Target Accounts by implementing strategic plans that align with operating budgets.

• Advocate for Goodyear products and programs, including the Total Goodyear Program.

• Implement marketing strategies and promotional pricing initiatives.

• Manage customer interactions through sales calls, activity monitoring, and weekly reporting.

• Conduct monthly fleet assessments for Target Accounts.

• Lead and take part in Retread Plant Tours.

• Foster growth in retread sales, including mounted wheel programs.

• Offer product advice and address customer inquiries.

• Cultivate relationships with customers and internal teams to enhance satisfaction and achieve results.

⛳️ Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED is required.

• Candidates must be at least 21 years of age.

• Proven direct selling experience in a business-to-business (B2B) context.

• Experience in leading a sales team within a business-to-business (B2B) environment.

• A valid driver’s license appropriate for the vehicle required for the role.

• Capability to meet commercial driver qualification standards.

• Knowledge of commercial tire product applications is preferred.

• Familiarity with auto, light truck, commercial, and off-the-road tire products is advantageous.

• Candidates must reside in New York.

• Local travel is necessary 3 to 4 days per week (40 to 60% of the time).

• Relocation approval is not available.
