This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Drive sales execution within a designated territory, achieving or surpassing targets while enhancing the share of existing fleet accounts and nurturing robust customer relationships.
• Formulate and execute strategic account plans aimed at fostering profitable growth, aligning with broader commercial goals, and minimizing customer turnover.
• Oversee comprehensive account relationships by collaborating with internal teams and service partners to effectively address fleet customer requirements.
• Utilize a solutions-oriented, consultative selling approach with data and tools to provide extensive offerings throughout the product lifecycle (new, replacement, retread).
• Recognize and pursue growth opportunities within both national and local accounts through proactive prospecting and customized sales strategies.
• Act as a crucial intermediary between customers and internal stakeholders, ensuring alignment, execution, and sustained business success.
• Bachelor’s degree with over 3 years of sales experience, or more than 8 years of pertinent sales experience in place of a degree.
• Demonstrated capability to identify and pursue growth opportunities through innovative sales tactics and prospecting initiatives.
• Proven experience in managing strategic customer relationships and expanding key accounts within a sales context.
• Experience in B2B sales environments with a strong focus on consultative and solutions-based selling is preferred.
