Fleet Manager – Part-time

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Fleet procurement and lifecycle management: Take charge of the comprehensive administration of our vehicle fleet, which includes managing new vehicle orders, leasing agreements, handovers, returns, and end-of-life disposal.

• Ensure that our Field Force and Sales teams consistently have access to dependable, well-maintained, and cost-effective vehicles whenever required.

• Vehicle branding and operational setup: Oversee vehicle wrapping, branding, equipment, and setup in accordance with HOLY's brand guidelines.

• Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to guarantee that each vehicle is prepared for daily field operations.

• Accident, insurance, and repair management: Serve as the primary contact for incidents involving accidents, damages, breakdowns, and insurance claims.

• Document incidents, coordinate repairs with workshops, and keep drivers and internal stakeholders updated throughout the process.

• Cost, invoice, and compliance tracking: Monitor fleet-related expenses, fines, invoices, and contracts. Identify opportunities to lower costs while ensuring adherence to internal processes.

• Stakeholder and partner coordination: Act as the central liaison for the Field Force, leasing companies, workshops, insurers, and other service providers. Establish straightforward and reliable processes that simplify fleet-related matters for all stakeholders.

• Strong communicator in German and English: You convey information clearly in both German and English.

• Calm under pressure: You maintain structure and reliability in urgent situations, such as accidents, damages, breakdowns, or last-minute operational adjustments.
