Fleet Management Technical Support Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Michigan.

📋 Description

• Create precise documentation for all maintenance and repair activities.

• Confirm that all repair and maintenance tasks are essential and carried out at a competitive rate.

• Negotiate repair expenses on behalf of the customer when necessary.

• Record all cost savings, including suggested repairs that are not required.

• Ensure adherence to the established preventative maintenance schedule.

• Verify that the agreed-upon service charges match the final billed amount.

• Contribute to the development of processes and tools aimed at enhancing the delivery of maintenance management services to clients.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of technical automotive experience is required.

• A high school diploma is mandatory.

• Current or previous ASE certification is necessary.

• Master Technician certification is required.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is essential.

• Familiarity with MSD and Salesforce CRM is preferred.

• Working knowledge and repair experience with vehicle classes 1 through 8 is necessary.

• An Associate's or Bachelor's degree in an automotive-related field is preferred.

• Previous experience in a Business Center is desirable.

• Experience in fleet management services is strongly preferred.

• Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
