This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Connecticut, +1 more state.
• Support the billing process across all markets in the designated area.
• Oversee the maintenance transaction lifecycle from initiation until the customer unit is under the control of the repair technician.
• Accurately and promptly document and annotate each customer interaction in Cox Fleet systems.
• Provide customer service for both internal and external calls.
• Build positive relationships with customers while maintaining a professional demeanor.
• Secure customer approval for necessary repairs and services.
• Proactively reach out to customers to arrange for preventative maintenance.
• Coordinate with Field Operations to assign the appropriate technicians to accounts.
• Encourage customers to schedule repairs and maintenance in advance.
• Enhance and develop the company's capabilities in dispatching and service scheduling.
• Carry out additional tasks and special projects as assigned.
• High School Diploma/GED with 3 years of experience in a relevant field.
• Alternative qualification: any degree or certification beyond a HS diploma/GED in a related discipline with up to 1 year of experience.
• Alternative qualification: 5 years of experience in a related field.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively at all organizational levels.
• Demonstrated capacity to collaborate across functions, foster positive relationships, and establish trust.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proficient in Excel and data entry.
• Capability to learn FSCA IT Systems, including Web Wrench, MobileFrame, and RO Writer.
• General knowledge of the trucking industry.
• Experience in fleet maintenance or automotive/trucking transportation is advantageous.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team setting.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities.
• Highly organized with outstanding follow-through skills.
• Must pass a pre-employment drug test.
• Must have current authorization to work in the United States for any employer without current or future sponsorship.
• No OPT, CPT, STEM/OPT, or visa sponsorship now or in the future.
• Minimum of 6.67 hours of paid time off every month.
