This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Ensure the prompt and efficient delivery of client data files and letters intended for clients.
• Supervise the complete workflows as claims proceed through audit, quality assurance, and review stages.
• Conduct thorough quality-focused analysis and quality assurance of client data files and letters.
• Execute first-level analysis of errors associated with files, letters, and workflows utilizing tools, reports, and metrics.
• Examine intricate data sets to uncover trends, issues, and actionable insights.
• Carry out claim research as requested by Account Management or clients.
• Interpret client-specific requirements and processes between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Collaborate with implementation teams and internal stakeholders to ensure client deliverables align with requirements.
• Take part in client calls and provide updates on key performance indicators, reporting, and claim status.
• Monitor and promote enhancements related to recovery conversion, fallout management, and client service level agreements.
• Support initiatives focused on revenue cycle and recovery through data analysis and process improvement.
• Foster relationships with internal teams and external client contacts.
• Handle multiple priorities and deadlines while ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
• Provide regular updates to leadership regarding workflow status, trends, and key metrics.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in client services or operations.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and various formulas.
• Strong analytical abilities to apply logic and processes for resolving data and workflow challenges.
• Exceptional attention to detail and experience in performing quality assurance on client data files, letters, or reports.
• Capability to create, document, and translate client-specific processes between technical and non-technical teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for engaging with clients and providing professional updates.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines while ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
