This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Washington.
• Oversee vehicle repairs, manage fleet inventory, and maintain precise documentation for our vehicles.
• Conduct daily inventory assessments of the fleet.
• Collaborate with the Fleet Manager to schedule maintenance and repairs.
• Prepare newly acquired vehicles for rental, including documentation and spare key management.
• Assist in the preparations for vehicle disposal.
• Aid in accident reporting and manage tag registrations and renewals for all company vehicles.
• A high school diploma or GED is required.
• A minimum of 1 year of experience in performing administrative tasks within an office setting.
• Experience in automotive dealerships, vehicle registration, or the car rental industry is preferred.
• Basic skills in computer navigation.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Exceptional organizational skills.
• A valid driver’s license with a clean driving history.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship.
