Field Service Technician

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Iowa, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Cover a designated geographical service area using a company vehicle.

• Interact with customers to identify and diagnose issues.

• Perform necessary repairs and adjustments to truck-mounted equipment.

• Precisely estimate the time and materials needed for repairs.

• Engage in problem-solving with minimal or no supervision.

• Provide feedback and communicate suggestions for the continuous improvement of trucks.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of hands-on mechanical experience is required.

• Must operate within a 100-air mile radius.

• Possess skills in automotive troubleshooting.

• Knowledge of hydraulics, electrical systems, and/or pneumatics is necessary.

• A positive attitude and a strong work ethic are essential.

• Must have reading skills to effectively use service manuals for equipment.

• Experience with welding and cutting torches is preferred.

• A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record are required.

• Must successfully pass a background check, drug test, and DOT physical.
