📋 Description

• Act as a strategic ally to automotive dealerships by utilizing your hands-on dealership experience to enhance the adoption and performance of Cox Automotive solutions.

• Assess dealership operations and align product utilization with dealer objectives, concentrating on efficiency, profitability, and customer satisfaction.

• Establish a routine of in-store and virtual interactions to evaluate performance, pinpoint gaps, and implement process enhancements.

• Leverage your expertise in fixed operations to optimize service lane functions using Xtime and associated tools.

• Recognize upsell opportunities by comprehending dealership challenges and suggesting pertinent solutions.

• Collaborate closely with sales and product teams to guarantee smooth integration of new offerings into dealership workflows.

• Proactively manage at-risk accounts through a consultative, data-focused approach to maintain and expand relationships.


⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree in a related field along with 6 years of experience in a relevant area.

• Alternatively, the ideal candidate may possess a master’s degree coupled with 4 years of experience; a Ph.D. with 1 year of experience; or 10 years of experience in a similar field.

• Over 2 years of experience managing a fixed operations department or equivalent experience in a retail automotive dealership.

• Practical experience with our Xtime platform.

• Comprehensive understanding of dealership operations, encompassing service, parts, and finance & insurance (F&I).

• Demonstrated ability to influence dealership personnel at all levels—from service advisors to general managers.

• Proficient in Salesforce, Microsoft Office, and virtual collaboration tools.

• Valid driver's license required; safe drivers are essential.
