
Fixed Assets Transformation Project Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States, +2 more states.
• Assist in the transformation and stabilization initiatives for Fixed Assets across the Americas.
• Monitor project timelines, milestones, deliverables, risks, dependencies, and progress updates.
• Facilitate the resolution of process inefficiencies, operational challenges, and financial reporting risks among BD, Genpact, and regional stakeholders.
• Record current-state activities, identify pain points, process deficiencies, and clarify ownership transitions.
• Standardize Fixed Asset processes, governance protocols, and operational practices throughout North America and LATAM.
• Establish process requirements, standard operating procedures, role definitions, and escalation pathways.
• Create documentation aligned with controls, including process maps, decision points, and training resources.
• Identify opportunities to enhance and streamline Fixed Asset operations.
• Specify requirements for ERP, reporting, workflow, and automation enhancements, including ServiceNow.
• Ensure data integrity, reporting accuracy, requirements definition, testing, and stakeholder preparedness.
• Assess opportunities to minimize manual tasks and enhance control evidence and reporting efficiency.
• Act as the project contact for regional Fixed Asset stakeholders.
• Lead working sessions, facilitate knowledge transfer, and ensure stakeholder alignment.
• Create communication, training, and adoption materials.
• Cultivate relationships and influence stakeholders in a global, matrixed organization.
• Solid understanding of Record to Report and iscFinance processes; experience with Fixed Assets is highly desirable.
• Comprehensive knowledge of statutory accounting principles, IFRS, GAAP, financial reporting, reconciliations, and internal control standards.
• Familiarity with ERP systems like SAP or JDE, reporting tools, workflow solutions, and process automation.
• Proven experience in leading finance transformation, process standardization, governance, documentation, or remediation projects.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities, foster accountability, and achieve results in a dynamic, global, matrixed environment.
• High emotional intelligence and strong collaborative skills.
• Experience in GBS and BPO is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Master’s degree is preferred.
