This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

• This role reports to the Flight Operations Manager.

• Valid First Class Medical Certificate.
• Maximum of 2 checkride failures.
• No accidents, incidents, or FAA enforcement actions within the last 5 years.
• Must meet the criteria outlined in ICAO Annex 1-2.1.10 for aircraft involved in international commercial air transport operations with more than one pilot.
• Authorization to work in the United States.
• Authorization to travel to and from all served cities and countries without restrictions.
• A minimum of 150 hours of flight time within the previous 365 days, including at least 30 hours in the previous 90 days.
• Year 1 guaranteed base salary: Challenger 300 - $93,100.
• Additional pay for extra days worked.
• Total flight hour incentives.

• Per diem of $75/$120 per day for domestic/international travel.
• Flexibility in vacation time (in addition to the 15/13 schedule) or a vacation bonus of $10,000.
