This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

• Carry out comprehensive asset data collection and condition assessments of client site FLS systems, equipment, and components.
• Execute functional testing and verification of Fire Life Safety systems.
• Conduct performance evaluations of electrical systems, including panelboards and emergency generators.
• Implement acceptance testing and load testing for electrical infrastructure.
• Keep thorough documentation of test outcomes and issue tracking.
• Offer technical validation and auditing of equipment.
• Develop detailed testing protocols and comprehensive reports.
• Collaborate with contractors and clients throughout the testing process.
• A high school diploma or GED is required; trade school, technical college, or vocational school education is preferred.
• A degree in Fire Science is highly preferred.
• A minimum of 5 years of practical experience with Fire Life Safety systems, mechanical/electrical infrastructure, or commissioning in commercial, institutional, or industrial settings.
• Field experience in acceptance and integrated systems testing of critical systems such as switchgear, ATS, UPS, emergency generators, and MHE.
• NICET certification (any level I through V) in Fire Alarm Systems (FAS), Inspection and Testing of Fire Alarm Systems (ITFAS), or certification in Electrical Power Testing is highly preferred.
• Proficient understanding of building automation systems (BAS).
• Journeyman credentials in mechanical or electrical disciplines are advantageous.
• Must possess a personal mobile phone and provide your own internet service.
