This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Gathering and comprehending details regarding new projects.
• Estimating costs and preparing bids for new assignments.
• Collaborating closely with the APs and operations manager to ensure that scheduling needs are fulfilled in alignment with the risk factors of the work, as well as operational assurance.
• Generating reports and analyzing performance trends while ensuring continuous improvement across the division.
• Utilizing robust financial awareness to prioritize both new and ongoing tasks, in close partnership with the finance business partner for effective budget management.
• Expected to oversee work programs and manage multiple projects simultaneously, working in conjunction with the operations manager.
• Will collaborate effectively with the technical manager.
• Providing operational support as needed.
• Fully qualified in a facilities management-related trade (Mechanical, Electrical, Carpentry).
• Proficient in a variety of IT skills.
• Experience in a similar role within facilities management.
• Strong financial acumen.
• In-depth understanding of FM-related compliance and procedures.
• Solid knowledge of risk management.
