Fire Alarm and Fire Sprinkler Technician

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• This role is designated for a skilled fire alarm and low voltage technician.

• The individual will be tasked with the installation, servicing, and certification of life safety systems and associated components in commercial settings, adhering to local and national regulations and standards.

• Qualified candidates will be expected to initiate and complete projects autonomously according to designated timelines.

• A strong understanding of fire alarm systems and relevant components is required.

• Responsibilities include pulling wire, installing panels, power supplies, devices, and other components necessary for the installation of fire alarm systems, with a strong emphasis on superior quality and craftsmanship.

• In addition to fire alarm systems, the role involves servicing, installing, and maintaining nurse call systems, keypads, maglocks, access control systems, as well as other fire protection systems and devices.

• Applicants should have a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in installing fire alarm equipment.

• Outstanding communication, organizational, and customer service skills are required.

• NICET certification is considered an asset.
