This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Sweden.

• You will take charge of, develop, and manage your startup in sectors like Fintech.

• You will embark on a comprehensive personal development experience designed by successful unicorn founders and follow a fully tailored program that enhances your goal setting, time management, and energy management skills.

• You will receive assistance in recruitment through our extensive network of over 50,000 professionals, along with guidance and best practices from seasoned entrepreneurs.

• You will collaborate with us to refine your product until achieving product-market fit.

⛳️ Requirements

• You are located in Europe or the Americas, or you are willing to relocate.

• You are prepared to fully own the responsibility for your startup and scale it to over €100M in revenues.

• You possess exceptional communication skills in English.
