Finnish OPI/VRI Interpretation Vacancy

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Estonia.

📋 Description

• Respond to calls in a courteous and professional manner

• Take detailed notes throughout the call

• Provide accurate and comprehensive interpretation of messages

• Enable effective communication between clients and individuals with Limited English Proficiency

• Participate in internal professional development training

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in both Finnish and English

• Familiarity with specific terminology related to the healthcare and medical fields

• Adherence to the Interpreter's code of ethics

• Ability to process information quickly during calls

• Willingness to pursue additional professional certifications

• Compliance with technical specifications, including high-speed internet and appropriate computer requirements

• Use of a wired headset with noise-cancelling features and a microphone
