Financial Subject Matter Expert – AI Training & Evaluation

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Develop and assess finance-related prompts, scenarios, and analytical tasks.

• Analyze AI-generated responses for financial accuracy, reasoning quality, and business relevance.

• Utilize subject matter expertise to enhance model performance and financial comprehension.

• Review financial analyses, assumptions, calculations, and recommendations.

• Detect inaccuracies, inconsistencies, and opportunities for improvement.

• Deliver structured feedback and conduct quality assessments.

• Collaborate with project teams to ensure high-quality deliverables.

• Adhere to established project timelines and productivity objectives.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, Business, or a related field.

• At least 4 years of professional experience in one of the specified financial disciplines.

• Strong analytical and critical-thinking abilities.

• Exceptional written communication skills in English.

• Capability to assess complex financial concepts and articulate reasoning clearly.

• Reliable internet connection and the ability to work independently in a remote setting.

• CFA Charterholder or CFA Candidate is preferred.

• Credentials such as ACCA, ACA, CMA, MBA Finance, M.Com, or similar are preferred.

• Experience in financial modeling, valuation, forecasting, budgeting, investment analysis, or quantitative research is preferred.

• Familiarity with reviewing technical content, research, or analytical reports is preferred.

• Exposure to AI, machine learning, data annotation, or model evaluation projects is a plus.
