📋 Description

• Develops and implements a go-to-market strategy aimed at enhancing revenue and gross profit growth in the banking, insurance, and fintech sectors.

• Designs technology solutions that tackle challenges related to regulatory compliance, risk management, and operational efficiency.

• Analyzes industry trends and competitive landscapes to uncover high-value business opportunities.

• Creates unique product offerings to boost market penetration within the financial services industry.

• Collaborates with Sales to assess opportunities, craft proposals, and foster deeper customer relationships.

• Conducts customer discovery sessions and solution demonstrations for C-suite executives and other key stakeholders.

• Cultivates thought leadership through publishing content, speaking at conferences, and participating in industry advisory roles.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 10 years of progressive experience in financial services.

• In-depth understanding of financial regulations and their implications for businesses.

• Up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, competitive landscapes, emerging threats, and growth opportunities within financial services sectors.

• Familiarity with Artificial Intelligence (AI), including practical experience with financial services applications and solutions.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively across all levels of management and functional areas.

• Demonstrated success in leading and collaborating with distributed teams while ensuring high performance and engagement levels.

• Profound understanding of B2B sales cycles in financial services, with the capability to act as a trusted advisor to sales leadership and field teams.
