This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Engage with members and clients by prospecting, soliciting, and nurturing business relationships.
• Promote life and health insurance products and services through various distribution channels.
• Assess member/client requirements and propose tailored solutions.
• Balance sales goals with risk management, profitability, and member/client satisfaction.
• Establish and maintain personal business relationships with clients who have complex and varied needs.
• Assist in targeting and evaluating potential member/client files.
• Keep abreast of industry trends to identify opportunities for business development.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline.
• At least one year of pertinent experience.
• Representative’s certificate in personal insurance (AMF).
• Proficiency in French is mandatory.
• Must be available to work Monday to Friday, including two evenings each week.
