Financial Reporting Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Provides financial advisory support to finance teams and other departments to aid in decision-making processes on relevant subjects.

• Assists in the preparation of budgets, closing activities, and forecasts.

• Ensures effective implementation of control frameworks.

• Aids in various business case calculations.

• Manages month-end closing procedures, ensuring accurate US GAAP financial reporting and data oversight.

• Generates reports for comprehensive financial analysis.

• Supports audit processes, identifies opportunities for cost reduction, and tracks business performance.

• Engages in FP&A projects and shares expertise with colleagues.

⛳️ Requirements

• Holds a Master's or Bachelor's Degree in Finance and/or Accounting.

• Fluent in English.

• Has a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in SSC/BPO or Controlling.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

• Knowledge of Tagetik is an advantage.

• Familiarity with SAP is a plus.

• Possesses general accounting knowledge.

• Skills in cost management, budgeting, and controlling.

• Excellent communication skills and a foundational understanding of public speaking.
