Financial Reporting Analyst, 24 months contract

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Provide financial guidance to the finance teams to aid in decision-making processes regarding relevant topics.

• Assist in the preparation of budgets, closing, and forecasts.

• Implement control frameworks within O-I and assist with various business case analyses.

• Oversee month-end closing activities and ensure compliance with US GAAP financial reporting.

• Generate reports for thorough financial analysis and facilitate audits.

• Spot opportunities for cost reduction and track business performance.

• Engage in FP&A projects and share expertise with colleagues.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Master's or Bachelor's Degree in Finance and/or Accounting.

• Proficiency in English.

• A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in SSC/BPO or Controlling.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

• Familiarity with Hyperion/Essbase/Tagetik is a plus.

• Knowledge of SAP is an advantage.

• General accounting knowledge.

• Skills in cost management, budgeting, and controlling.

• Strong communication skills and basic public speaking abilities.
