Financial Planning Associate Director

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee the comprehensive FP&A calendar for the company, along with financial consolidations and the creation of narratives for forecasts, budgets, and long-term plans.

• Take charge of the preparation of executive financial reviews, materials for the Board, and reporting packages for leadership.

• Collaborate with the VP of FP&A and the FP&A Leadership Team to execute essential planning, forecasting, reporting, and analytical tasks.

• Manage timelines, deliverables, assumptions, and stakeholder involvement across Finance and various business functions.

• Work alongside IT and business teams to improve planning, reporting, and analytical capabilities.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 8–12 years of relevant experience without a Master's degree, or 6–8 years with a Master's degree.

• Significant experience in the biotech or pharmaceutical sector.

• Advanced understanding of GMP manufacturing and/or the market release of pharmaceutical dosage forms and/or combination products.

• Proficiency in using SAP and Oracle systems.

• Experience in enhancing Finance systems, including integrations and/or implementations.

• Familiarity with SAP master data and the data structures of Planning Tools.

• A Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting is required.

• Proven FP&A experience.

• Advanced skills in Hyperion, Microsoft Excel, and PowerPoint.

• Capability to effectively present results to various organizational levels, including Finance leadership and the SMPA parent company, in a clear and concise manner.
