This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take charge of the consolidated P&L forecast and deliver a reliable, reconciled perspective on the company's performance.
• Incorporate inputs from Strategic Finance, Accounting, Business Operations, Investor Relations, and various other teams.
• Manage monthly and quarterly closing cycles alongside variance analysis and high-quality management reporting for executives.
• Maintain a five-year GAAP and non-GAAP long-term financial model that includes scenario analysis.
• Coordinate the annual budgeting process and ensure cross-functional alignment.
• Prepare Board presentations, investor materials, and quarterly business review packages.
• Generate the weekly consolidated P&L outlook and transform business insights into actionable narratives.
• Establish repeatable, auditable forecasting processes that align with Accounting’s closing procedures.
• Design and execute Business Unit P&Ls.
• Facilitate timely and effective internal capital allocation decisions.
• Lead and nurture a high-performing Finance team.
• Act as a trusted advisor to the CFO, Strategic Finance, Accounting, Investor Relations, Legal, and other business partners.
• 12+ years of experience in a relevant field.
• Demonstrated experience in FP&A, Corporate Finance, or Strategic Finance within a high-growth or public technology company.
• Direct responsibility for consolidated financial reporting and forecasting processes.
• In-depth knowledge of GAAP financial statements.
• Comfort in navigating both GAAP and non-GAAP financial frameworks.
• High proficiency in advanced Excel/Sheets.
• Capability to build and maintain complex, enterprise-level financial models.
• Experience in influencing cross-functional leadership and achieving alignment on intricate strategic recommendations.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong people management experience and a successful track record of developing high-performing Finance teams.
• Ability to juggle multiple competing priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• MBA is preferred.
• Familiarity with Adaptive, Oracle, Workiva, Pigment, Anaplan, or similar enterprise FP&A tools.
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in SQL.
• Experience with consumer marketplace businesses or on-demand commerce.
• Eagerness to apply AI and automation tools to financial workflows.
• Willingness to occasionally work from the San Francisco or New York City office.
• Flexibility to work from home, at an office, or from a preferred coffee shop.
