Financial Operations Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Oversee the complete invoicing process: review Closed/Won opportunities in Salesforce, validate documentation, ARR bookings, dates, amounts, and supporting materials.

• Manage the entire revenue recognition cycle, which includes deferred revenue and unbilled accounts, in compliance with ASC 606 and US GAAP standards.

• Actively pursue outstanding payments from customers and follow up on overdue accounts, leading collection efforts and overseeing the Forecast Collection process while gathering and consolidating inputs from stakeholders.

• Identify, flag, and collaborate with Sales and relevant teams to address discrepancies and data issues within Salesforce opportunities, ensuring accurate and current opportunity records.

• Register on vendor portals and upload invoices according to customer specifications.

• Prepare and maintain the KPI Report to track key financial performance indicators.

• Review the monthly US sales tax and record it in NetSuite.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in finance operations, accounts receivable, or billing roles.

• Proficiency in Salesforce CRM.

• Practical experience with NetSuite.

• Strong understanding of invoicing processes, accounts receivable, and revenue operations.

• Familiarity with US sales tax regulations and VAT concepts is a plus.

• Advanced skills in Excel/Google Sheets for reconciliation, reporting, and data analysis.

• Exceptional attention to detail along with strong organizational and time management skills.

• Clear and professional communication abilities, comfortable interacting with Sales and external vendors.
