This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ The Analyst, Financial Operations plays a vital role within the Financial Operations team, tasked with ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant financial operations across Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, billing, cash application, payment tracking, reconciliations, reporting, and operational accounting assistance.
β’ This position emphasizes the daily execution of transactions, which includes preparing and reviewing vendor bills, customer invoices, providing support for sponsor billing, maintaining payment records, managing sales orders, overseeing project records, handling account documentation, and conducting variance analysis.
β’ The Analyst collaborates closely with Finance, Accounting, Clinical Operations, Project Management, Procurement, Delivery, Vendors, Customers, and other cross-functional teams to guarantee that financial activities are properly documented, accurately represented in company systems, and aligned with business requirements.
β’ This role requires a strong emphasis on detail, adherence to established procedures and internal controls, appropriate escalation of issues, and a contribution to accurate reporting, cash flow visibility, and the integrity of financial data.
β’ A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
β’ 0-3 years of relevant experience in accounting, finance operations, accounts payable, accounts receivable, billing, cash application, procurement, accounting support, operations, or a similar business function.
β’ Internship, administrative finance, accounting support, accounts payable, accounts receivable, billing, procurement, or operations experience may be considered relevant.
β’ Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, Oracle), billing systems, procurement platforms, workflow tools, Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, or financial reporting tools is preferred.
β’ Experience in clinical research, healthcare, pharmaceuticals, life sciences, or the professional services industry is advantageous but not mandatory.
