This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Connecticut.

📋 Description

• Conduct monthly updates for recurring dashboards and reports to incorporate the most recent data and information.

• Assist with quarterly vendor data uploads to the internal database for Finance, ensuring precision and punctuality.

• Develop follow-up reporting and establish a ‘next action’ process.

• Work alongside various IDOC departments to refine workflow strategies and communicate any process changes.

• Discover opportunities to leverage data-driven insights to enhance business performance and strategic objectives.

• Regularly monitor data inputs from multiple sources (Microsoft SQL, Vendors, Datarails, etc.) and identify/correct any discrepancies.

• Ensure the performance and integrity of data used across different communication channels.

• Identify quality assurance opportunities and create the necessary documentation/processes to guarantee operational excellence.

• Assist with various ad hoc reporting requests: gathering requirements, collecting relevant data, generating suitable outputs, deriving insights, and iterating with key stakeholders.

• Support the organization in higher-level projects and initiatives by providing expertise and analytical assistance as required.


⛳️ Requirements

• 0-2 years of experience working with data.

• Bachelor's degree required (preferably in Data Analysis, Accounting, or Finance).

• Proficient in the Microsoft suite of products, including Outlook and Excel.

• Familiarity with analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Tableau is preferred.

• Knowledge of Datarails, Adaptive, and Oracle Hyperion is a plus.

• Understanding of Microsoft SQL is an advantage.

• Experience in Financial Analysis is beneficial.

• Ability to work autonomously.

• Cross-functional thinker with the capability to collaborate with teams.

• Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Strong time management skills.

• Exceptional decision-making abilities.

• High attention to detail.

• Well-organized and capable of working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
