This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Nebraska.
• Support customers in enhancing their confidence and making informed choices.
• Assist with a variety of inquiries, including providing information on 401k account balances and facilitating withdrawals, loans, and account maintenance.
• Participate in a training cohort designed to educate about the financial services sector.
• Cultivate customer service abilities while managing diverse situations and discussions aimed at achieving resolutions.
• At least 1 year of experience in customer service.
• A High School diploma or GED is mandatory.
• Capability to build rapport and relationships through effective communication.
• Excellent listening skills, professionalism, and a sense of empathy toward others.
• Competence in navigating and resolving basic technology issues or systems.
• A self-driven team member with strong interpersonal skills who contributes energy and enthusiasm to the team.
