This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.
• Verification of clients' insurance details.
• Upon entering our program, assesses clients' medical assistance eligibility and identifies those who need to apply, overseeing the complete application process.
• Relay clients' third-party payer information to pharmacies, labs, and other external providers for credits and/or adjustments.
• A High School Diploma or equivalent is mandatory.
• Prior experience in a Medical Office is preferred.
• Proficiency in medical terminology and computer skills is essential.
• Ability to understand relevant instructions for adhering to state and federal regulations.
• Skills in office organization, time management, and problem-solving.
• Possess diplomacy, adaptability, and telephone etiquette.
• Strong business English proficiency and familiarity with business formats and principles for correspondence and documentation.
