Financial Controller

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.

📋 Description

• Prepare, oversee, and manage the company's budgets and financial forecasts.

• Analyze budget discrepancies and offer actionable insights and recommendations.

• Generate periodic financial, management, and performance reports.

• Develop and sustain dashboards and key performance indicators (KPIs).

• Assess profitability by client, project, business unit, or other relevant dimensions.

• Assist with monthly closing processes and financial reconciliations.

• Monitor operational costs, expenses, and overall financial performance.

• Identify opportunities for enhancement in financial processes, controls, and reporting.

• Create financial analyses to support business and strategic decisions.

• Collaborate with Finance, Operations, and Leadership teams on planning and performance management.

• Aid in preparing financial information for both internal and external audits.

• Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and reliability of financial and management information.

• Contribute to the automation and enhancement of financial reporting and analysis processes.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.

• Over 3 years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), Controlling, Management Control, or a similar role.

• Strong background in budgeting, financial analysis, variance analysis, and management reporting.

• Experience in developing dashboards and KPIs using Power BI, Tableau, or Looker Studio.

• Familiarity with ERP systems such as NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, Odoo, or similar platforms.

• Advanced skills in Excel or Google Sheets.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Capability to translate financial data into actionable business insights.

• Ability to work autonomously and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

• Intermediate or advanced level of English is a plus.
