• Oversee the preparation, evaluation, and analysis of financial statements to ensure precision and adherence to regulations.

• Lead the financial reporting processes for both month-end and year-end.

• Manage local tax responsibilities and collaborate with external tax consultants.

• Oversee tax compliance and reporting tasks.

• Design and execute financial workflows and procedures.

• Develop strategies to reduce errors in financial reporting and enhance resource allocation.

• Work in conjunction with various departments to align with overall business goals.

• Support the MiCA licence application process.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a relevant discipline;

• CPA or an equivalent certification is preferred.

• At least 10 years of experience in financial accounting and reporting, including a minimum of five years in a senior or equivalent position.

• In-depth knowledge of IFRS, local accounting standards, and tax regulations.

• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Proficient in accounting software (e.g., Xero) and the Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Fluent in both spoken and written German and English.

• Demonstrated capability to manage multiple priorities and adhere to deadlines in a dynamic environment.

• High level of attention to detail and accuracy.

• Preferred: A strong interest in the crypto-asset and blockchain domain.

• Experience with Austrian regulators is highly advantageous.
