This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona.
• Plays a crucial role in formulating the strategy for the South & West Field Service Regions as well as our DAC business.
• Acts as the primary collaborator with the relevant business leader to define the strategy for the area of responsibility, ensuring alignment with broader strategic goals, and executing necessary actions.
• Converts strategy into actionable business plans and sets measurable objectives.
• Manages the business planning and forecasting process for the designated area and serves as the liaison between the plant and the Global Product Group Controller, Division Controller, Operational Manager, and others.
• Tracks progress and provides insights and analyses to facilitate operational decision-making.
• Identifies challenges and recommends management on action plans and operational tactics to address them.
• Recognizes and communicates commercial and financial risks and opportunities arising from business initiatives.
• Oversees work-in-progress inventory, project job costing, the billing and revenue recognition process, and leads the collection of past due receivables and resolution of customer disputes.
• Establishes and supervises processes and tools essential for acquiring transparent and reliable financial data and business intelligence.
• Guarantees the integrity of financial data and business information in accordance with established standards and financial closing timelines.
• Promotes transparency in financial reporting and disclosures.
• Defines and enforces internal controls related to financial and non-financial operations.
• Directs the monthly closing procedures, including journal entries, account reconciliations, and intercompany billing.
• Ensures the consistency and control of accounting processes throughout the business.
• A Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related fields (consideration for an Associate's Degree in Finance/Accounting with significant relevant experience may also be acceptable).
• A minimum of 10 years of experience in a Financial Position, preferably collaborating with business leaders and engaging in a blend of financial analysis and accounting duties.
• Proficiency with ERP Systems is required (SAP is strongly preferred).
• Exceptional attention to detail, accuracy, and the capability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Motivated, with strong leadership qualities, meticulous attention to detail, self-sufficiency, and an excellent customer service mindset.
