Financial Coach, Investment Mentor – Financial Education Program

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

📋 Description

• Facilitate member engagement during weeks 3–8 of an 8-week financial education program.

• Conduct live group sessions and provide 1:1 coaching support as necessary.

• Onboard new participants and assist in maintaining their engagement throughout the program.

• Respond to inquiries and offer assistance via Skool, direct messages, and community discussions.

• Simplify and clarify financial and investment concepts in an engaging manner.

• Monitor member progress, gather feedback, and assess participation levels.

• Aid in collecting testimonials, achievements, and success stories from members.

• Utilize AI tools and internal systems to enhance the member experience.

⛳️ Requirements

• Approximately 5 years of experience in finance, investments, or a related discipline.

• 2–5 years of experience in teaching, coaching, mentoring, or training others.

• Practical investing experience, whether through personal investments or assisting others in understanding investment strategies.

• Relevant certifications, training, or education in finance, investments, or a related field.

• In-depth understanding of the Latino market in the United States, including their financial realities, concerns, and aspirations.

• Native-level proficiency in Spanish.

• High energy, charisma, and confidence when speaking on camera.

• An AI-first mindset, with a readiness to utilize, enhance, and "train" AI tools in everyday tasks.
