This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.
• Conduct data entry, bookkeeping, and fundamental financial reporting.
• Create documents, reports, and presentations.
• Keep files, records, and internal systems well-organized.
• Assist in processing invoices, tracking expenses, and reconciling accounts.
• Coordinate with vendors and manage supply orders as necessary.
• Provide administrative support to leadership by managing scheduling tasks.
• Contribute to enhancing and optimizing administrative and financial procedures.
• 1–3 years of experience in administrative roles or office support (preferably with bookkeeping experience).
• Strong organizational abilities and meticulous attention to detail.
• Capability to efficiently handle multiple tasks and priorities.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace applications.
• Comfortable in fast-paced work environments.
• Experience in supporting various stakeholders or executives.
• Knowledge of bookkeeping software, CRM systems, or project management tools.
