📋 Description

• Lead, mentor, and cultivate the skills of Application Support Analysts and System Administrators, creating a highly engaged and proficient team.

• Oversee vendor interactions, system updates, enhancements, and manage backlogs of improvements and defects.

• Supervise Level 2 application support, handle escalations, provide on-call coverage, and ensure after-hours assistance as necessary.

• Develop and manage metrics, service level agreements (SLAs), budgets, and work plans to guarantee efficient resource allocation.

• Collaborate with infrastructure teams, auditors, vendors, and fellow technology leaders to address production challenges and support compliance requirements.

• Effectively guide teams through transitions while promoting ongoing process enhancements and automation initiatives.

• Foster robust relationships with team members, credit union members, vendors, and professional organizations.


⛳️ Requirements

• At least five years of relevant experience in supporting various business applications, including system design and project management.

• Background in the banking or financial services sector, particularly in regulatory and compliance settings.

• In-depth knowledge of configuration design, controls, and PCI compliance standards.

• Practical experience with technologies such as SharePoint, Microsoft Office Suite, Windows, SQL Server, ServiceNow, and web APIs.

• Outstanding organizational, communication, customer service, and problem-solving abilities.

• Capability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical audiences and swiftly adapt to new technologies.
