Financial Analytics Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Utilize proprietary financial analytical tools alongside Excel to thoroughly analyze client pharmacy expenditures and the key cost drivers.

• Contribute to the creation of methodologies, analytics, and outcomes assessments using data derived from our PharmaLogicTM system.

• Oversee all financial elements of the internal RFP/procurement and market-check process for Brown & Brown clients.

• Provide active assistance and support during PBM contract reviews and negotiations.

• Aid in client presentations and reporting, which includes assessing client utilization, trends, and significant findings related to the pharmacy benefit.

• Manage, mentor, and provide training to a team of financial analysts.

• Conduct peer reviews of RFP evaluations.

• Supervise all project timelines within the financial team to ensure timely project completion.

• Collaborate with other internal teams to strategize and enhance system and process efficiencies.

• Support the training of all new employees on financial projects and evaluations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field with a strong analytical foundation.

• 2-4 years of experience in Pharmacy Benefit analytic consulting.

• Proficient in MS Office and/or MS Excel.

• Familiarity with both Pharmacy and Medical data.

• Experience with Tableau or a comparable business intelligence tool.

• Knowledge of MS Access or an understanding of relational databases.
