This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Key member of the Financial Planning and Analysis team.
• Accountable for the preparation of IT, Facilities, HR, and Legal budget/forecast applications.
• Analyzing and overseeing departmental results, budgets, and forecasts.
• Responsible for maintaining the chart of accounts.
• Assist in the development of annual budgets and monthly forecasts.
• Deliver insightful financial analyses to support strategic decision-making.
• Collaborate closely with business finance and regional accounting teams to ensure corporate-level compliance with budgeting, forecasting, and expense management requirements.
• Generate ad hoc reports as needed.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting is required; CPA and/or MBA preferred.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in finance or accounting, with a preference for accounting experience; Big 4 experience is a plus.
• Proficient in advanced Excel skills.
• Familiarity with financial applications, ERP systems, and/or planning applications is desirable.
• Successful completion of a background screening process, including but not limited to employment verifications, criminal searches, OFAC checks, SS verification, and, where applicable, credit and drug screening in accordance with federal and local regulations.
