Financial Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Design and sustain advanced financial models for portfolio assessment.

• Generate financial reports and conduct variance analyses to support strategic decisions.

• Collaborate with Operations and cross-functional teams to evaluate performance metrics and uncover optimization opportunities.

• Manage monthly and quarterly financial closing processes, budget-versus-actual analyses, and forecasting updates utilizing TM1.

• Work alongside senior leadership to create board presentations and client reporting packages.

• Supervise and coordinate small capital projects in conjunction with Project and Facility Managers.

• Carry out additional responsibilities as mandated by evolving client requests.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline.

• 2-4 years of progressively responsible experience in financial analysis.

• Advanced skills in Excel, including complex financial modeling, pivot tables, and advanced formulas.

• Familiarity with financial software systems such as E1, Corrigo, Azara, and TM1.

• Demonstrated expertise in financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis within corporate finance or real estate sectors.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to translate complex data into actionable insights.

• Proficient written and verbal communication skills, with experience in presenting financial information to senior executives.

• A detail-oriented mindset and organizational skills, capable of managing multiple projects in dynamic environments.
