Financial Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.

📋 Description

• Conducts analyses of financial statements, cost data, operational and project reports, among others.

• Provides initial evaluations and suggestions regarding areas that may need further examination by more senior auditing personnel.

⛳️ Requirements

• Capability to secure and uphold a U.S. Government Public Trust clearance before starting (candidates do not need to have clearance at the time of application).

• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

• Ability to perform effectively in a completely remote work environment.

• Must hold a CPA designation.

• At least two years of experience in financial analysis and evaluation.

• Comprehensive understanding of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP) and generally accepted auditing standards (GAAS).

• Extensive knowledge of relevant accounting, auditing, tax, and financial ADP systems and applications.

• Proficient in relevant accounting and financial software.

• Possess a graduate degree in a related field such as finance, business administration, accounting, banking, or credit.

• Outstanding oral and written communication abilities.
