Financial Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Take charge of and enhance essential financial and operational reporting, initially concentrating on data accuracy and the timeliness of reports.

• Align data across various systems to create a unified source of truth for critical business metrics.

• Design and sustain reporting related to revenue, expenditures, SaaS KPIs, and overall business performance.

• Collaborate with Finance and cross-functional teams to address analytical inquiries and facilitate informed decision-making.

• Transition reporting into more comprehensive analysis, forecasting, and planning as the organization and its data evolve.

• Assist in developing scalable processes and frameworks that will adapt alongside the company's growth.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Economics.

• 1-3 years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or a finance reporting position.

• Background in B2B SaaS or subscription-based businesses.

• Proficient in Excel and/or Google Sheets.

• Familiarity with SaaS KPIs such as ARR, churn, CAC, and LTV.

• Capable of managing reporting and analysis with minimal existing frameworks.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey financial and analytical insights to non-finance stakeholders clearly.
