📋 Description

• Deliver exceptional service to our Empower Personal Wealth clients, ensuring asset retention and attracting additional assets through proactive communication, education, and consistent responsiveness.

• Engage in comprehensive relationship management through both phone calls and email correspondence.

• Serve as a liaison between clients and various internal teams to effectively meet client needs.

• Lead discussions regarding portfolios, market trends, and economic factors.

• Offer clients holistic financial planning across a wide range of topics, including retirement planning, savings strategies, and educational planning.

• Collaborate with financial planning experts on intricate planning matters or comprehensive financial strategies.

• Efficiently coordinate with operational teams to address client-related administrative concerns.


⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree or higher in business, finance, or a related field.

• In-depth knowledge of current investment products and industry services.

• Demonstrated success in relationship management and customer satisfaction.

• CURRENT FINRA Series 7, 63, and 65 registrations are mandatory.

• FINRA fingerprinting is required upon hiring.
