Financial Accountant, Controller

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Oversee operational finance, accounting, and controlling activities across various entities.

• Assist in the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements, account analysis, posting evaluations, and the assessment of financial relationships.

• Generate reports, forecasts, and management accounting analyses for both company and group levels.

• Evaluate key performance indicators, profit and loss statements, and balance sheets, providing well-founded recommendations for action.

• Enhance processes, structures, and finance workflows by collaborating closely with other departments.

⛳️ Requirements

• Several years of relevant experience in finance, accounting, or controlling.

• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial statements, and business economics.

• An analytical, structured, and self-motivated working style.

• Ideally familiar with monthly or annual financial closings and ERP systems (e.g., Business Central).

• Proficient in German (minimum C1 level) and an advanced user of Excel.
